Tutorial on Finding Your Arkansas Unclaimed Property
In the middle of the page you'll find the words, "Great Arkansas Treasure Hunt." It asks only for your last name.
It will return results that match your last name. Find your full name and an address that you lived at at one time and hit the link "File a Claim" to the left of your name.
That will take you to a page that requires you to fill in information in most fields. Only two fields are optional to fill out. One is a second "Address line" and the other is your Social Security number which though you don't have to enter here you will have to write in the form with a pen when you print the claim form out to be sent to the Arkansas Auditor of State. The rest of the fields are necessary including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
From a drop down box you then answer whether you are the owner of the property. If you are not you must include your relationship to the owner and the reason that you are making a claim for the owner.
Hit "Next" to take you to the page that will allow you to preview and print your claimant form off. You will have to use your internet browser's print function to print the document.
An important step is you must write your Social Security numer on the form if you didn't previously enter it in when filling out the fields. Claims without a Social Security number on it will not be processed.
Sign the printed form and mail it to:
